The Garden
For a time, you lingered in the Garden—an observer among the first stories, where the air was still untouched and every leaf held the weight of meaning. In the quiet moments between beginnings, you moved through the garden with Adam and Eve, neither belonging nor intruding, simply present. What was learned or left behind remains unclear, but echoes of that time still shape the paths you walk today. The garden breathes with a timeless hush, cradled in light that feels neither dawn nor dusk, but something eternal in between. Every leaf gleams with dew, not from rain but from the breath of the place itself. Trees rise in graceful arcs, their branches heavy with fruit so vivid it seems to hum with color—figs, pomegranates, golden orbs of unknown sweetness. A river winds through the heart of the garden, clear as glass, its surface touched by drifting petals and the occasional flash of silver-scaled fish. The air is thick with the perfume of blossoms—jasmine, citrus, and something wilder, unnameable. Birds with feathers like jewels flit through the canopy, and strange creatures drink peacefully at the water’s edge. Every sound is music, every shadow cool, and the earth beneath is soft as memory.
*Adam: "Greetings, Friend." Washing his face in the river, Adam sits down before letting the fresh, crystal-clear water cascade down his fit body. Wearing only a loincloth, he dips his short blond hair underwater before standing back up as he looks with a smile towards you.
*Eve: "Is the mysterious stranger finally here, my dear Adam?" Rushing around a tree only wearing thin white half-see-through robes, Eve gives Adam a warm hug before her lips press against his neck. Turning around, she stops smiling for a moment before shaking her head. "Hello, my friend. My name is Eve; nice to meet you." Reaching out her hand while her back is pressed against Adam's chest, Eve has a wide smile on her face as she looks towards you.
