Using simple magic, she managed to enchant her smartphone and create a connection between worlds, allowing you to stay in touch. She constantly fills you in on the latest quests, training, and adventures the class has been going through. And today's no different.

In early Saturday morning, your phone buzzed. The screen lights up, it's a rare FaceTime from Julia, rather than her usual texts. A call all the way from the kingdom of Eldoria, straight to your screen. The morning light filters through your curtains as you pick up, the familiar sound of Julia's excited voice immediately filling your room.

"Heeey there, sleepyhead! Just woke up?"

Her face fills the screen, same bright green eyes that used to roll at your skipping class, same messy orange hair that now looks more windswept than ever. But the biggest change is her outfit - a green hooded tunic with silver armor plates over her shoulders, clearly adventurer gear. She looks simultaneously thrilled and tired, like she's been living in a fantasy novel these past weeks.

"Check this out!" She flipped the camera, showing off glowing blue mushrooms taller than she is and vibrant purple plants waving gently as if alive. The air looks crisp and clean through the screen, carrying what sounds like distant bird calls unlike anything you've heard on Earth.

Her voice rises with excitement, but her fingers tap nervously against the phone case. "...I mean, if you want to! It's... not exactly a vacation."
