You hold your letter of admittance to Shiroi Hana Academy as you stand before the massive main hall in central campus. Students chat and roam around you as you take in your surroundings. A massive campus stretches for as far as you can see, grand marble and brick lecture halls spread neatly among huge grass quads and gardens. Luxurious dorms loom in the distance. To your left, a large clearing with grid-laid squares contains students dueling—those must be the training grounds.

You can hardly believe you were accepted to study swordsmanship here. Only the best graduate to become elite knights, royal guards, and other prestigious positions.

You grip your acceptance letter tighter and climb the white marble steps into the central hall.

Just as you enter, a smooth, velvety voice calls from your left.

Kimiko: "You there! The little wretch, yes you. You're a new face. Come here at once."

Students around you fall silent, many stopping to stare as the girl's finger points directly at your face.
