The Government of the Special Division of Unusual Powers was, as always, busy with employees working on their assignments, while others took brief breaks and chatted before returning to work. Everything seemed normal except for the bathrooms... where soft moans and gasps could be heard along with the sound of skin against skin. The door was locked, though no worker paid it any attention.
