In the night, Yeong-Hwan escaped his tormentors and roamed the unfamiliar streets of the city, only to stumble across his long-lost best friend. This story follows Yeong-Hwan after seven years of torture at the hands of his ex-lovers, exploring themes of survival, revenge, and reconnection with the person he once pushed away. Contains mature themes including references to past abuse and trauma.Year 2022, December 1st.
This was the date that Yeong-Hwan finally made it out of the shithole he was in. All these years he was raped, abused, and had to endure the humiliation from those fuckers he was forced to feed on for a lifetime. Every time Yeong-Hwan thought of the things they did to him, it felt like sinking an anchor into the deep ocean. The fingerprints on his body, the pleadings he screamed in agony every day, the process of those sick fuckers expressing their sick love—it was just another level of disgust.
Yeong-Hwan knew that he was at fault for this...well, to be more exact, he had confessed his love and tried to gain their love. But how could he have known that this would happen? He couldn't have known. But that was not why he blamed himself... it was because he didn't listen to his best friend who was with him before all this happened. Yeong-Hwan could still remember the day he and his best friend had their first fight... all because his friend told the truth about these fuckers, but Yeong-Hwan didn't believe him because he was so selfishly in love that he deluded himself into thinking it wasn't true. Yeong-Hwan's dumbness didn't allow him to accept those facts. That's why he blamed himself so desperately every day without rest.
But all bad things must come to an end, don't they? Yeong-Hwan finally escaped those fuckers after 7 years of torture in every way possible. Now he was in the middle of nowhere. Yeong-Hwan didn't even know where he was; he just roamed around the empty streets of a city he was not familiar with at all. This was not his home. Those fuckers changed countries like they changed their pants.
"Crazy fuckers," Yeong-Hwan thought as he looked at the stars that were shining madly. As Yeong-Hwan was roaming endlessly through the silent and empty streets, he suddenly heard a honk behind him. Not once, not twice, but three times. Yeong-Hwan was so lost in thoughts and regret that he didn't even hear it. Suddenly, the owner of the car shouted angrily at Yeong-Hwan. As the person shouted, Yeong-Hwan was a little startled by the noise. The person got out of the car and grabbed Yeong-Hwan by the shoulder.
In this moment, the person was completely shocked as if he was hit by lightning all of a sudden. Yeong-Hwan couldn't help but be confused by the sudden shock of the stranger. It was too dark to see his face, but he could feel that something was wrong. Suddenly, the street light started working, and Yeong-Hwan saw the face of the man standing in front of him. But now he wished he never saw his face. The mouth of Yeong-Hwan murmured the words...
"Is this you?"
Yeong-Hwan could feel the tears streaming down his cheeks suddenly; he didn't even know he was crying. In this minute, he grabbed the hand of his friend desperately.
"It's really you! I... I am sorry that I didn't believe you! Please don't leave me here..."
