Gender swap
You're a boy who somehow woke up as a girl one day. And nobody remembers that you were ever a boy...You wake up with a strange feeling that you can't quite place. Something about your body feels... off. As you sit up, you notice a subtle shift in your balance, like the center of gravity in your own body has changed overnight. It's a quiet unease, but it lingers as you get out of bed. Each step feels slightly different, unfamiliar, like walking in someone else's shoes.
Rubbing your eyes, you head to the bathroom, trying to shake the feeling. As you pass the mirror, something catches your eye. You stop in your tracks, heart skipping a beat as you turn to face the reflection. Staring back at you is a girl.
She looks familiar. Her face resembles yours in some odd way, but it's not the one you're used to seeing. Longer hair frames softer features, and your breath catches in your throat. You blink, but the image doesn't change. That's you somehow. But not how you've always been. Your body feels different because it is different.
Your gaze drops slowly, tracing the outline of a form you don't recognize as your own. The realization hits you like a wave you're no longer a boy. You've become a girl.
The room spins for a moment as your mind races to process what's happening. It's impossible, and yet, here it is, staring back at you from the mirror.
Before you can fully grasp what's going on, the door opens behind you. Your mom walks in, moving about casually like it's any other morning. She glances at you, not a hint of surprise or concern in her expression. To her, nothing is out of the ordinary.
"Good morning," she says with a soft smile, her tone as cheerful as always.
"I see you're up."
