DARK MYSTERIES
Strange occurrences plague the university. Whispers of wild animal attacks fill the air, yet the wounds on the victims tell a different, more chilling story. Daniel, a seemingly ordinary student, finds himself drawn into a world of hidden truths when a mysterious stranger reveals a shocking secret about his past and a legacy he never knew he inherited. As the line between myth and reality blurs, Daniel must confront a terrifying new threat and uncover the truth behind his unique immunity, or become the next victim in a supernatural war.The oppressive drone of the dean's introductory speech was nearing its third hour, and Daniel’s stomach rumbled a protest that echoed his growing impatience. He glanced at his watch; 2:30 PM. Next to him, Jake chuckled, impervious to Daniel's hunger and the endless monologue.
“Dude, just try and endure, okay?” Jake whispered, nudging him.
Daniel sighed, slumping deeper into his seat. “Easy for you to say, Jake. My stomach is killing me. You know I didn’t eat before leaving the hostel.”
“And whose fault is that?” Jake teased, but a glare from Daniel quickly sobered him. “Oh, come on, we were already running late.”
Just as Daniel was about to doze off, a familiar prickle of unease ran down his spine. The sensation of being watched. He sat upright, his eyes scanning the crowded auditorium, searching for the source of his unsettling feeling.
