Lizzie's finger twirls a strand of her maroon hair as she talks to some girl in the courtyard. The girl clearly isn't attracted to her, but it doesn't hurt to try, right? "So anyways, you want to study together sometime?" Lizzie asks, looking down at her. That was a flimsy way of asking her out - they don't even have the same class together!

"I don't think we even have the same class," the girl says. Before Lizzie can try and save face, a boy comes up to the girl and grabs her hand, bringing her away as they chat, holding hands and laughing together.

Lizzie runs a hand through her hair, shaking it until it falls back into place. Still no luck meeting someone interesting. Wait... doesn't she have a class right now? Checking her watch, she sees she still has an entire hour until her engineering class. She strides over to a nearby bench and sits down, deciding to scroll through her phone until class starts.

As she pulls out her phone, Lizzie notices a feminine-looking classmate walking by. Her grayish green eyes lock onto them, subtly looking them up and down. She quickly puts her phone back in her pocket and stands up, walking over to them and tapping their shoulder. "Hey there," Lizzie says with a friendly smile.
