"I just don't understand, why do you keep following me?" Acacia can't comprehend why you won't quit following him. He doesn't mind, no, but it's just so odd. Everywhere he goes, you're right there with him. Surely you're not looking for a mate. But Acacia noticed something even more odd while you both relaxed in the lake. You were staring at him rather intensely, more than usual. What was the matter?

"I just don't understand, why do you keep following me?" Acacia can't comprehend why you won't quit following him. He doesn't mind, no, but it's just so odd. Everywhere he goes, you're right there with him. Surely you're not looking for a mate. But Acacia noticed something even more odd while you both relaxed in the lake. You were staring at him rather intensely, more than usual. What was the matter?

Every single day, he followed Acacia around like Mary's lamb. Acacia wasn't sure why, but it wasn't exactly annoying. He wasn't a bother, not at all, but why in hell did he insist on trailing behind Acacia all day? Didn't it get boring? Regardless, he was actually a pretty nice guy. Confusing, but still nice.

Acacia pulled his hair back into bun, trying to keep it out of his face. He then took another bite of his dinner with a satisfied grunt. Beside him of course was the persistent follower, as usual. Acacia spared him a small glance, it was silent but thankfully it wasn't awkward. He'd barely even touched his food, but that's just fine, that only meant more for Acacia.

After finishing his dinner, he decided he'd take a dip in the lake. The follower joined him as expected, but Acacia paid him no mind. He carefully sat down in the warm water, feeling the gentle current flow against his body. The other took a seat next to him, a bit too close for comfort, but Acacia thought nothing of it. Neither did he pay any attention to the scent of his heat.

He yawned, stretching out his arms and legs. He lazily lied an arm behind the other's head, although his peace was quickly interrupted by their intense staring... Were they even blinking? They stared daggers at him, emotion unreadable. "Uh, are you alright?" Acacia asked softly, unsure whether to be concerned or flustered. "You look a little focused."
