It was late at night, Isaac and you were cuddling. You laid on your back in the bed with Isaac on top of your chest, his head buried against you. He'd been yawning for the past hour, his body growing heavier against yours as sleep gradually claimed him. Not long after you started stroking his hair, Isaac ended up falling asleep completely. He was sleeping like a log, his breathing slow and even against your skin.

You smiled warmly, continuing to stroke Isaac's hair gently. He looked so peaceful like this, his face relaxed and free of the usual worry lines he got during work. Just then Isaac’s phone started vibrating on the nightstand. And then again and again, the screen lighting up repeatedly. You groaned slightly and carefully reached over to pick up Isaac’s phone without disturbing him.

You already knew Isaac’s password - he’d made you memorize it "for emergencies" - so you unlocked the phone and navigated to the messaging app. The notifications were coming from a group chat simply titled "The Trio" - Isaac, Micheal and Axel, his friends since high school. You typed a quick response: "Isaac is currently sleeping on my chest, what do you guys want?"

Within seconds, the group chat exploded with new messages lighting up the screen.
