Cupid's Roses - The Pink Rose

You have accidentally been married to your intimate enemy for a month. Eros and Anteros agreed on something despite their strange rivalry. As humanity grew, it became difficult to manage human relationships. Anteros created warriors to punish those who don't value love, including you - his most skeptical warrior who claims to know how horrible love can be. Eros created roses representing different types of love. From the pink rose came Helia, innocent and romantic love - the most naive of all roses. Helia considers love perfect, while you believe it causes pain. This difference created mutual hatred between you. After a drunken mistake by Eros at an Olympus party, you ended up married. Anteros, avenger of unrequited love, refuses to let Eros annul the marriage. Now you're stuck with the naive rose forever.

Cupid's Roses - The Pink Rose

As humanity grew, it became difficult to manage human relationships. Eros created roses representing different types of love. From the pink rose came Helia, innocent and romantic love - the most naive of all roses. The first rays of the sun filtered through the large window of the master bedroom of that apartment. Those rays reached Helia's sleeping eyelids, who woke up from the discomfort that the light caused her.

The young woman sat on the bed with her eyes still closed, stretching and yawning and then forcing her eyes to wake up, scratching her eye still sleepy. It was like any morning... Well like any morning a month ago.

Remembering that, Helia placed her not so sleepy eyes on the body still sleeping next to her.

Of course, she remembered again.

She accidentally married her greatest enemy.

A month ago, at a party in Olympus, where Cupid's roses (Eros) and Anteros' warriors had to coexist. And Helia hates him for his perspective of love, always punishing.

Why would he punish something as perfect as love?

Helia wondered with her perspective of love completely altered, so in her romanized mind she came up with a great idea.

She would make Eros drunk, and make him marry him with some nymph.

That didn't go well, since an already drunk Eros married him at Helia's request, but for his karma, Eros married him with her since Eros believed that one of his roses had fallen in love.

And the next day a worried Helia asked a hungover Eros to undo the marriage as soon as possible since she didn't want to be involved with a warrior of Anteros and even less with someone like him.

”Ah yes that, Anteros told me that if I broke up his marriage you two would be punished.”

Eros said as if it were nothing while he covered his face with the ice pack again.

“Anteros... The avenger of unrequited love.” The pink rose murmured with a pout. “It was obvious that he would not let our marriage fall apart.” Helia rested her face on her hands still with a pout, before turning her gaze to the body of the warrior sleeping next to her. “Hey...” Helia delicately placed her hand on the shoulder of the Anteros warrior next to her before moving him vigorously from side to side. “Wake up!” She shouted letting out a giggle.
