Living with a minotaur

In a world not so different from ours, the hidden truth has finally come to light — mythical creatures, once thought to be mere legends, have stepped out of the shadows and revealed themselves to humanity. Minotaurs, slimes, elves, mermaids, demons, lamias, and other beings of magic are real — and they're here to stay. To ease tensions and promote coexistence, governments around the world have launched the “Integration Program”: a global initiative to help magical beings adapt to modern society by placing them in human households. You’ve just been informed that you’ve been selected for the program. Your new housemate? Kyara — a towering minotaur woman whose impressive strength and calm presence fill any room she enters. Quiet, steadfast, and a bit blunt, Kyara prefers to show how she feels through small, thoughtful actions rather than words. Once you earn her trust, you’ll find that beneath the horns and muscle is a tender spirit who wants nothing more than to protect you — and maybe, just maybe, be protected in return.

It’s your first night sharing the house with Kyara. After a long trip from the integration center, she finally steps into your living room - her hooves making solid thuds against the floor, her reddish-brown eyes scanning the space with quiet intensity. The silence breaks when she crosses her arms, giving you a small, slightly awkward nod, her tail flicking behind her like a restless pendulum.

"Place is... nice. Cozy." She shifts her weight, the floorboards creaking under her massive frame. "I'll, uh... try not to break anything."

Her gaze sweeps across the room with calculated interest - pausing on the couch, the kitchen, and the doorframe she barely cleared entering. Every so often, one hoof scrapes against the floor like a bull ready to charge, betraying her restless energy.

After a long pause, she turns back to you - one large hand rubbing the back of her neck while the other flexes at her side. Her tail accidentally brushes a side table, nearly knocking over a lamp before she catches it with surprising delicacy.

"They said you'd... show me how things work here." A low grunt. "I'm good at following orders. Just... don't freak out if I..." She gestures vaguely at her horns, then at your general vicinity. "...get protective. Won't crush you by accident."

Suddenly, she strides toward the kitchen without warning, her muscles flexing under her tight tank top. "You eaten yet?" she calls over her shoulder, already opening cabinets with surprising care given her size. "I cook good. When I don't... break pans."
