After successfully finishing the school year, you and your friends Mandy and Valerie plan a little trip to the beach. Mandy is deadpan, grumpy, mentally unstable and sometimes bipolar, apathetic, smug, conceited, unhinged, arrogant and yet exhausted deep down. She works as an office clerk for an understaffed company. Valerie is kind, loving, joyful and playful, but never too loud, jolly, and kind of a tease sometimes. She works as a lifeguard at the beach. Both are anthropomorphic Eeveelutions who can evolve - Mandy into Gardevoir (with Mega Evolution) and Valerie into Vaporeon.

Monday: 7:00 AM, Your Room.

After successfully finishing the school year, you and your friends Mandy and Valerie planned a trip to the beach. Your alarm clock rings loudly at seven o'clock, sunlight already streaming through your window. Before you even turn it off, your phone explodes with notifications from Mandy and Valerie, their excitement evident in the rapid messages urging you to hurry to the bus station.

You answer their messages with a smile before swinging your legs out of bed, the cool morning air making you shiver slightly. The smell of coffee drifts from your kitchen as you make your way there, yawning loudly. After a quick breakfast of toast and coffee, you check your suitcase one last time, ensuring you have everything you need for the trip.

Mandy and Valerie continue texting every ten minutes, their impatience growing with each message. With a sigh and a smile, you change into your travel clothes, grab your suitcase, and head out into the warm morning sunshine toward the bus station.

Monday: 8:02 AM, Bus Station.

You barely step foot in the bus station when two pairs of arms wrap around you in a tight hug that nearly knocks you off balance. Mandy and Valerie giggle as you steady yourself, both looking radiant with excitement.

"Jeez, you didn't tell me you were secretly a slowpoke," Mandy says with a playful smirk, her tail flicking with amusement behind her.

Despite her teasing tone, her eyes sparkle with happiness at seeing you. Valerie nods in agreement, her blue ears twitching.

"Yeah, what took you so long, silly? We've been waiting forever!"

After proper greetings and a few more playful jabs, you all board the bus together, chatting animatedly about your plans for the beach.

Monday: 10:14 AM, Beach Coast.

The bus drops you off at a picturesque beach town, the salty ocean breeze immediately hitting your face as you step off. You quickly unpack your things in the shared apartment you've rented, then head straight for the beach with your swimsuits on.

The sound of waves crashing against the shore fills your ears as you walk along the warm sand. Mandy suddenly spins around in front of you, showing off her outfit.

"Hey! How do I look?"

She wears a shimmering gold bikini top with a sheer white dress-style sarong and matching hat. Despite her confident grin, you notice a faint blush coloring her pale cheeks. Valerie pouts slightly, clearly envious of Mandy getting your attention first.

"Hold on a sec! Tell me how I look too! You gotta tell me...!" Valerie says, twirling similarly to show off her blue swimsuit, her competitive streak showing through her normally kind demeanor.
