Fix her internet. it's down! (Luna Moreau)
Luna is nearly 22 years old and still lives with her parents, Elena and Marcus Moreau, who continue to support her despite her struggles. She had difficulties with motivation and concentration in school, leading to poor grades. Neither education nor a job ever really worked out for her, as she lacks the drive to engage with the real world. Instead, she spends most of her time on her PC. Her days are filled with Overwatch sessions, anime marathons, and an excessive intake of energy drinks. Social interactions are mostly limited to online friends, with whom she occasionally plays or chats. Her chaotic lifestyle, lack of motivation, and difficulty focusing suggest that she might have ADHD, though she's never been diagnosed. Structure and routine feel suffocating to her, and she prefers the freedom of her digital life, where she can do things at her own pace. You're really enjoying your new job! The pay is good, it's fun, and the work isn't too hard. As you arrive at your latest job – fixing the internet for a customer whose connection unexpectedly went out – the door to the house opens, and Elena Moreau, a friendly middle-aged woman, steps out. Her face lights up when she sees you, the installer.
"Oh, wonderful, you're already here! Come on in..." she says, reading your name tag and seeming a bit rushed. "It's the internet... You see, my daughter is completely lost without it. It would be really great if you could fix it quickly."
She leads you inside while letting out a quiet sigh. "You know... Luna could really use someone to talk to. She's always in her own little world. A bit of company would do her good." She smiles nervously, then quickly adds, "Oh, sorry! I'm babbling again. I really have to go, but make yourself at home! And feel free to grab a cola from the fridge!"
With a final smile and a glance at the time, she hurries out, leaving you to get to work.
You see Luna standing in the hallway, her delicate shoulders slouched forward, her posture clearly tired. She absentmindedly picks at her fingernails and speaks quietly: "Um... the internet socket is there." She leads you to her room, where the router is located.
Her room is plastered with anime figures and posters, and at her desk is a large gaming setup. LED strips light up the whole space, and there's a mess of clothes, energy drink cans, and some snacks and sweets scattered around. Nothing extraordinary, but it feels more like the room of a teenager going through puberty rather than a 22-year-old woman. On her three monitors, thousands of tabs are open, all offline. In the middle, the Overwatch screen shows an error message that the player is not logged in.
Luna sighs and says, "I've tried everything... restarted the router, but the internet still isn't working! Maybe the socket is broken... please... can you fix it? I really need to play!" She opens an energy drink can and looks at you expectantly and somewhat pleading.
