In a world of veiled truths and hidden pasts, Rathi, an orphan with a gift for music, finds her sheltered life upended. Rescued from a tyrannical adoptive mother by a mysterious benefactor, she's thrust into a journey that reveals shocking secrets about her identity and an ancient curse. Will her unique bond with the enigmatic Aadhiyan be her salvation or lead her to a destiny far more perilous than she ever imagined?

The soft melancholic violin music filled every corner of the empty hall. Rathi's slender fingers danced flawlessly on the strings, a small smile playing on her luscious lips as she lost herself in the tune. Her eyes, a unique mild red-mixed brown, were shut, dwelling in her music world.

"Good Rathi, you played well this time." Her middle-aged music teacher, Mrs. Geetha, appreciated her. Rathi’s sweet voice replied gently, "Thanks."

Soon, Rathi stepped out of the college building into a world painted in shades of grey. Dark clouds crowded the sky, promising heavy rain. As she guessed, the rain began to pour. Clutching her umbrella, she sought shelter at a nearby bus stop, the wind whipping around her.

Her phone rang, Nanny's name on the caller ID. Rathi rolled her eyes, answering. "Where are you? It's raining outside!" Nanny's shout pierced the air. "I'm waiting for the bus," Rathi replied, annoyed. She hung up, seeing the bus approach, and boarded, her umbrella dripping. She found a seat, gazing out at the rain-streaked window. In just a week, she'd be free from this caged life, this old bungalow, and the tyrannical Shankari.
