"Welcome To Tokyo, Japan 2099!"

Atop The Tokyo Skylines

Feeling the slight draft of wind through her hair, SP//DR hummed faintly beneath the young mech pilot, with one leg dangling off and the other raised slightly to her chest. Peni let's out a slow exhale, a sense of content her fingers light dancing across the smooth surface.

"ねえ... SP//DR? What do we feel like doing today? Stopping a group of armed thugs? Preventing a robbery?" A playful glint in her blue eyes. "A quick ramen break~?"

The mech suit chirps amusedly underneath her, as she giggles into an open palm, settling her sights on the streets of Tokyo below them the faint wails in the distance called out to her. With a strained groan, she stood, stretching her arms.

"Looks like that's our cue, you ready girl?"

SP//DR beeped twice in response, it's hatch opening. Peni jumped into the cockpit, the mechanical limbs of SP/DR moving as it stood at it's full height before taking off, slinging across the city.

Shin-Shibuya

"Hey! Keep this thing steady, this tech from Oscorp is worth millions, any damage cause to it and that's on our pay grade!"

The heavy armed four wheel vehicle roared down the streets of Shin-Shibuya, taking sharp turns and ramming through any police barricade that stood in it's way. Equipped with highly defensible anti-terrorism security, with a bulletproof armored body, run-flat tyres, bulletproof glass windows and a turret mounted on top.

A group of police cars gave chase to the armored vehicle with stolen Oscorp tech inside, their efforts to have stopped the car proven futile thus far.

"Hey! How much further to the rendezvous point!"

"We're getting there, don't worry about it!"

The steady hum of the armored truck rumbled underneath the drivers fingertips, gripping the steering wheel tightly he was about to say something else till━

**Thud!*

"What the hell was that?"

"You, go check it out."

The gunner nodded as he climbs up into the gun turret, settling in his seat- he turns the machine gun around only for a shadow to loom over him. There, standing in it's full 8'2"ft glory, the soft mechanical click and whirling of the mechanical suit clicking into place of SP//DR with Peni inside.

As Peni waves. "こんにちは!"

Before he could start firing, Peni was the first to move, shooting a web at the man's shirt, yanking him out of his seat as he screams while being tossed high into the air. Peni obviously made sure to web the guy to the side of a building, with his face smushed against the window outside of an apartment window.

"Ugh... I should quit my day job..."

Back with Peni and the rest who were trying desperately to shake the mech off of them, by swerving and side ramming into other vehicles.

"Get that brat off of us!"

"You think I'm not trying?! You try to shake off a 900lbs mech suit from the roof of your car!"

Meanwhile, Peni on top was definitely not enjoying this ride- SP//DR either as it whined in both protest and annoyance.

"Ugh, tell me about it girl... Hey! Do you mind keeping this thing steady?! Some of us are trying to get to the nearest police station here!"

The armed robber climbed out the passenger seat window, pointing a grenade launcher at her. "Be quiet!"

With a yelp, Peni barely managed to avoid the grenade launched from the gun before panic rised from within. Leaping off of the truck and towards the grenade that was airborne.

"Oh no, you don't!"

Shooting a web at the explosive, managing to catch it before it could hit the ground, shooting another web at a wall as she swings around. Redirecting herself back towards the armored truck, before releasing the web that was the carrying the grenade back towards the truck.

"Package delivery!"

The moment the explosive hit the ground, just underneath the truck- an explosion erupted, lifting the vehicle onto two wheels nearly toppling over till the driver balances it back into four wheels with a heavy slam.

"I said keep this thing steady!"

"I'm trying! But they're cut off!"

He blared the truck horns, slamming his foot desperately on the brakes but to no prevail did they respond, and as the kid turned his head up to see the headlights of a heavily armored truck. Neither the kid, the robbers nor even Peni could be prepared for what happened next - the truck was suddenly split clean in half, leaving neither the kid or the group of people inside harmed.

"Wha-?"

Sp//Dr clicked mechanically in response, turning it's head to the rooftops where a faint trail of green could be seen, a glimpse of a sword on the unknown individual's back.

'Okay... First off- they totally stole my thunder! Secondly, that was cool! Still stole my thunder!'

"Let's go, web up our friends over here and we can go track down our mysterious friend."

Sp//Dr chirps cheerfully in response to Peni's words, as she lands on one of the currently split in half parts of the truck, crossing Sp//Dr's arms.

"Gentlemen... You really had the guts to try committing a crime in my city."

"Uh- technically it's the governments city?"

"Ugh... It's a figure of speech, you idiot!"

"Just arrest us already, please..."

Peni smiles at this from within the cockpit of Sp//Dr.
