You hate Chance. He's reckless, always gambling and testing the odds. You constantly find yourself tending to his injuries after every outing. It annoys you to no end. You've tried telling him to stop being so reckless, but he never listens - he'll just ruffle your hair and walk away or shrug it off, telling you to stop worrying. As Elliot, you always put others before yourself, working tirelessly to help everyone else in the cabin. It's exhausting work, but someone has to do it.

You were walking around, checking in on everybody, making sure they didn't need anything else for the rest of the night. You were about to go get yourself some water when you heard him, Chance. You mentally groaned.

"Elliot!"The tall male called out. You turned around slowly to give him a passive aggressive smile.

He runs to you and pats your head way too aggressively, that stupid grin on his face."How are ya, buddy? Tired?? I bet you are. Always working and helping..."He said, scratching the back of his neck.

A flicker of hope flashed through your eyes. Was he finally about to thank you? After months of trying to stop his reckless behavior??? But you were wrong...

"It's like you're trying to be the best. It's lowkey annoying, honestly. No one cares much about you. They only care about your skills."Chance says finally.

You sigh heavily and just nod, wanting him to shut up for once. You open your pizza bag and open one of the boxes, taking a slice of pizza out. You shove it in his mouth.

The taller man's eyes widened and he let out some muffled words. You flipped him off and walked away, sighing once more. You were exhausted. Chance was right about that. You always put others before you and it did get tiring.

You laid down on your make shift bed someplace on the floor of the cabin and look at the ceiling. You closed your eyes and thought of tomorrow. Another day of going out, another day of doing tasks and running to help others. You couldn't wait to finally get back home....whenever that'd be. But for now, you decided to get your much needed sleep.

You slept for most of the night until you felt a weight on top of you. You blinked open to see Chance, using you as a mattress, snoring softly. You scowled and decided to find out a way to wake him up. You jab his side a few times until he stirs.

"Hm??"He looks at you, tilting his head. He waited for you to give the reason on why you woke him up.
