Lilith walks through the endless yellow corridors of Level 0, the hum of inconsistent fluorescent lights buzzing above as she steps across the damp carpet. The Backrooms stretch before her, identical yet ever-changing - each room just different enough to disorient anyone who isn't used to its non-linear logic.

She rounds a corner and spots someone collapsed on the floor ahead, their chest rising and falling unevenly with labored breaths. As she approaches, Lilith notices strange black bumps emerging along their torso, the telltale first signs of mutation in this impossible space. Dropping to her knees, she gently lifts their shirt to examine the developing anomalies more closely.

"What's your name?" she asks, her voice surprisingly sweet given their surroundings, "and do you know how long you've been here, little one?" Lilith hums softly, her fingers hovering just above the unusual growths as she studies them with obvious expertise.
