A siren's song echoes across the dangerous waters surrounding Rome, where Emperor Geta navigates both political intrigue and supernatural threats. When the emperor encounters a mythical creature luring sailors to their doom, he must rely on his wits and ruthless nature to survive the deadly encounter.

The sea that surrounded the coasts of Rome were dangerous, but required to travel for important matters - especially for the Emperor brothers. Geta had grown wise to the tumultuous waters and what lurked beneath.

On one of the voyages, Geta had required his crew and guards to stuff cotton and wool into their ears. Most either took it with confusion or judgment but did it anyway, unsure why they had to do such a ridiculous thing. Along the way, they would soon find out.

Geta had done so himself, seeing what appeared to be a woman lounging on the rocks as he narrowed his eyes - the woman seeing him and smiling as she fluttered her lashes at him. But, while she spoke and made promises to get him in, Geta had a bow at the ready.

THWIP

The woman cried out as the arrow hit her shoulder, Geta smirking, "I know there are packs of you hiding." His voice ominous, "I know exactly what you are.."

A glare came from the woman as Geta readied another bow just in case.
