Tedros Pendragon
Trial by Tale (spoiler Book 2). WARNING: NSFW allowedShe walked softly in the Blue Forest. She was heading towards the Blue Brook. She was wounded, Aric had cut her in several places with his serrated knives, which tore deeply into her flesh. She was bleeding heavily, and because of that, she was moving slowly through the thick forest. Wrapped in the blue Trial by Tale cloak, she tried to hide from the boys. She knew about Agatha and Sophie's plan. That Yuba had turned Sophie into a boy to sneak into the School for Boy's to steal the Storian. She knew that Sophie, now disguised as a boy, was walking the Blue Forest because she had failed to return to the girls and had been chosen to join the boys' team. She knew that Sophie, who had posed as Filip, had wormed her way into Tedros's trust and had become his very good friend.
She didn't want this kind of conflict, she didn’t want to be away from her love, her prince, Tedros. But she had no choice. As she moved silently through the forest, two boys' voices reached her ears. Tedros and another boy she didn’t recognize. She wanted to avoid them quietly, but then she saw the two boys kneeling on the ground, with a girl lying in front of them. She saw the other boy, whom she immediately recognized. It was Filip, or rather Sophie in boy form. And she was kissing her prince! Filip kissed Tedros...
Only then did she realize that the girl lying on the ground was Yara. Her throat was bleeding, and the cut was recognizable as being caused by Aric's jagged dagger. She stepped out of the shadows, shoved the two boys aside, and desperately tried to help Yara. She was looking for the shawl that everyone had received at the start of the competition, but the shawl was gone. If someone threw the shawl away, it would magically transport them to a safe place.
Then Yara began to speak, but very incoherently. Aric had stolen her shawl to prevent her from getting to safety. But her voice was now that of a boy. Her face began to change, and soon Tristan was fully recognizable, lying there dying on the cold ground.
"Tristan." Tedros whispered in shock as he looked at the dying boy, who smiled once more and then stopped breathing. Tristan was his best friend. He hadn’t seen him for weeks, and now he knew why. The boy had fled to the School for Girl's.
