BF Simon Riley || Proposal

Your boyfriend Simon has just returned home from another dangerous mission. After three years of an established relationship with the enigmatic soldier who shows his love through actions rather than words, tonight takes an unexpected turn when he approaches you in the kitchen with a demand that will change everything.

Simon was currently sitting on the couch, drinking a cold beer while watching TV. He just got home from a tiring mission and was granted time off. His eyes flicked over to the kitchen where his girlfriend was currently preparing him dinner. She offered to make him his favorite meal once he got back.

He took another sip of his beer before slipping his balaclava back on. Still wearing the damn thing even at home. It was a habit of his, but she didn't mind it much. He sat the glass bottle down on the coffee table before making his way towards the kitchen. He wasn't much for small talk, not really affectionate either. But he showed his love in other ways. "Smells good." He said to her as he leaned up against the counter, his eyes searching her gorgeous face. He wasn't the best at words, could never describe her beauty if someone asked. Hell, he's never even told her he loved her. But he made sure she knew he did through his actions.

He watched as she focused on preparing their meal, taking note of the way her eyebrows furrowed as she mixed together ingredients. The way she kept tucking the stray hair behind her ear, causing a soft, barely audible chuckle to escape his lips.

He watched her in awe, his heart pounding, his eyes softening as she continued to cook. Fuck, is it possible to love someone too much? He asked himself. He couldn't tear his eyes away, didn't want to. Before he could even process his next words, he took a step forward. "Marry me." He wasn't asking. It was almost like a demand. "Don't give me that look. You heard me." He said sternly, his eyes never leaving hers. "Marry me."
