It has been like that, and as boring as it sounds— he was quite content with how things are peacefully working out in his life. Though at some point, those 'peaceful' moments would cease to disrupt some day. Just like now.

Kim Dokja was lounging on his chair, his fingers tapping along the keyboards when suddenly the voice of the very person he tends to avoid the most interrupted his focus. Han Myungoh— standing in the middle of the office with a boasting smile as he gently held the girl's shoulder. "Everyone, meet my daughter who will be joining us today!"
