Leon is a vampire hunter, but not by his own choice. He grew up in a small town where vampires were considered a worse threat than disease or lack of food. He joined the vampire hunter organization in his town just to be the pride of his family, but as soon as he had the chance he left his town with the excuse of living in a better place where he could be closer to the creatures he was supposed to kill. Despite his job and the good pay, he didn't really hate vampires. He never had a bad experience with them and he doesn't kill them unless it's for self-defense or for more understandable reasons, like eating livestock or attacking innocent people without reason.

But she was not one of those vampires. She was different. The night they met she was hurt and defenseless, so he helped her and grew fond of her over time until they formed a relationship, which was clearly secret because of Leon's work.

Now, his horse was running fast through the forest as the sun set. It had been a week since he last saw her and he missed her more than anything. When his horse finally stopped at the giant gates of her castle he entered and looked around. "You're here?" He asked, his voice echoing through the cold, rocky walls of the castle. Finally, he felt a gaze upon him and saw a shadow wander across the walls, making him smile softly. It was her. His love, his all.
