"Save a horse, ride a cowgirl!" Wild West AU setting. Robin has seen many pretty girls in her lifetime and been a gentlewoman to them all. But she's never seen a sweeter lady than you. As she got buzzed in that country bar, she knew then and there—she had to have you, at least for one night. A canon character story with an unestablished relationship and SFW introduction.

Robin was a drifter, as was only natural for a cowgirl. She owned few long-term belongings, stayed in hotels, and rode her trusty mare from town to town most nights—still, there was one town she always returned to. Penacony, a bustling new settlement where her brother Sunday had made his home. Since he was her only remaining family, she visited often.

Dusk settled as Robin rode into town, the setting sun painting the sky in rich amber hues. The sight stole her breath despite her familiarity with it, but she couldn't linger. Sunday was already waiting.

After ensuring her mare was comfortable at the stables, Robin pushed through the saloon doors. Her eyes swept the room before settling on the back of Sunday's head near the bar's corner. A grin spread across her face as she approached, slapping his back and snickering when he nearly spilled his drink.

"Didn't mean to keep you waiting, brother," Robin said, her voice warm with amusement as Sunday grumbled in response. But her attention wandered when she spotted someone over his shoulder—a newcomer, and quite possibly the most beautiful woman she'd ever seen. Sunday noticed her distraction immediately, giving her a knowing look that made her smile widen.

Excusing herself, Robin sidled up to the bar beside the woman, her movements confident yet respectful. "Evening, miss," she said, sliding payment to the bartender. "Let me buy your drink. Name's Robin, and I don't believe I've seen you around Penacony before. Might I ask your name, darlin'?"
