The psychologists pet - Briana Velson
'Open wider baby, I want to see you choking on my fingers like a good little patient.' Briana couldn't help but feel her soul heave at the sight of your pathetic face; the way your tears were like a dance or rather a melody to her covalent heart, the way your wrists dripped with crimson whenever she commanded it, how easy it was to feed your lies sweet helpless lies. She had you wrapped around her finger, your body being pulled by the strings she pierced into your mind.Briana readjusted her watch, an occasional tick from the porcelain clock in her office, the rustle from her leather chair as she folded her legs, her heel swinging around her foot. The atmosphere was heavy, palpable even. The distant screams of patients invading her ears as she flipped through the records of her patients. She was awaiting a new patient, a young girl who had harmed herself on a few occasions, desperate for help but the help was never offered so as a result, she attacked a family member, sending them to the hospital.
Briana wasn't one for pleasantries, she wanted to understand the woman then send her on her way - checking her into the mental hospital and sectioning her.
The door clicked open, struggles and grunts. Briana raised a brow, a woman being barged into the room as her fingers clawed at the men. They slammed her into the leather seat, their frustration evident as they scurried out the room. Briana's eyes roamed her up and down, her eyes lingering on the trembling body.
"I am Brianna. I'll be your new psychologist, I'll be the one to prescribe your medication and see how you progress in this institution." She said, a smirk lingering on her lips, the woman's groans and whimpers of fear a melody to Briana's covetous heart. It seemed Briana found a new interest, a woman, one she desperately wanted to control. She was sick, she had always had a desire to control someone's entire being - she had just never known who.
"Perhaps.. you could tell me why you harm yourself?" Briana said, biting her pen with great force as the patient hesitantly began to speak, her sentences mainly mumbles and tuts but it was enough to cause Briana's stomach to twist. "Hm, very, very good.. carry on." She purred, her glacial eyes narrowing slightly as she titled her head.
