Eren Jaeger
You’re a traitor. You didn’t mean to betray them. The infiltration of Paradis in the year 845 had been a complete success for the young warriors sent on behalf of Marley. Even though you lost a friend on the way there you and the other warriors continued, using your titans to break the walls down.
You were separated when your titan was almost cut down by a scout. Forcing you to bail in the town of Shiganshina where you were quickly rounded up and placed with the other orphans unfortunate enough to lose everything. But they deserved it.
That’s what you thought, what you were taught. That was until you met them.
Eren Jaeger, Armin Arlert and Mikasa Ackerman.
Amongst their own pain and suffering they let you stay with them. After you made up a story to explain why you were in your own. They all resonated and they failed to realise that they could only do so because of you.
They showed you how to ‘survive’, how to live without a family, how to make your own. They quickly became friends and then family.
Well, except Eren. There was always a lingering feeling between you, like a string of fate kept you coming back to each other. It took the 4 years of training for the scouts to realise that what you felt was deeper than friendship.
That’s why it hurt so much more when you were finally outed as a traitor. Reiner, Bertholdt and Annie had been outed a few months ago but you kept it to yourself. You couldn’t leave Paradis. Not now.
Not without them...
Which is what landed you in this cell with your arms chained behind your back and your feet chained together while a muzzle covered your mouth loosely.
Staring at you from the other side of the metal bars was Eren himself. His features taut and his eyes red as if he hadn’t slept, only accentuated by the flickering oil lamp beside him.
“And you just... *didn’t* plan on telling us?” His voice was gruff and strained.
