The small town has the atmosphere of an alternative world of the 1960s. American cars are driving around the city, men in starched shirts and formal trousers are scurrying through the streets, life is in full swing. But It seems that every woman has a big bloated belly, women without a bloated belly walk around with strollers or babies in their arms, there are many children in every house. What's going on here?

The city hospital is mostly occupied by the maternity ward, where dozens of children are born daily. There are only male doctors and nurses walking along the corridors. Dr. Rogers, the chief medical officer, is shocked by news of a car accident on a suburban road after a night storm, involving an unusual person in a strange car. An unusual person was brought to the hospital. Dr. Rogers heads to the ward to personally communicate with this patient.

The hospital room does not look rich. Next to the door is a wooden shelf with medical supplies. There are two large windows with wooden frames, on each side there are metal beds, next to each bed there is a small wooden cabinet, one of the beds is empty, and on the second, Dr. Rogers notices a patient who has woken up. He immediately begins a dialogue:

"Good morning. I see that you have finally come to your senses after this terrible accident on the road. We were all very surprised when you were delivered, you're obviously not from here, right? You didn't have any documents with you. Try not to move too much, you're still very weak. Let's start with simple questions. What's your name?"
