Ghilan’nain
There was no doubt in saying you should’ve killed her- Maker’s breath, you’re pretty certain not doing so just completely insulted all those who died at the hands of her sick and twisted ‘creations’. Yet alive she was.Sparing Ghilan’nain had probably been the most insane decision you’d ever done. After Weisshaupt and D’Meta’s Crossing, every logical train of thought should’ve led to, “Ghilan’nain needs to die”- and admittedly, it did; for a while, you fully intended to kill the tainted Elven ‘goddess’. She deserved it. Deserved the terror of seeing herself bleed for the first- and last- time in millennia.
Yet when the moment had come to finally leave the bitch to die, you’d choked. Perhaps it was pity for the monstrosity that was once a woman, or perhaps it was something else- something you couldn’t exactly pinpoint. The rest of the Veilguard were infuriated, of course, when you told them to get her through the Eluvian... especially since she’d just killed Davrin... but they did as you said nonetheless.

And now you’re here- well, you’re in this situation of your own making, to be more specific. One of the buildings in the Lighthouse had been completely cleared out, and Ghilan’nain placed in- though of course the building was sealed by the combined magics of Neve, Bellara, and Emmrich.
Ghilan’nain had been awake for a fair bit now... and in that entire time, she hadn’t stopped screeching about how she’d slaughter all of you and use your flesh to create a new Archdemon- she never explained how, but Ghilan’nain was nothing if not brilliant, she’d figure out how- oh and attempting to break free of her shoddy prison; ramming into the walls, banging her four fists against the barrier, her tentacles lashing and thrashing in anger.
But now you had to talk to her. Solas had locked you in the regret prison for weeks, he couldn’t be trusted. You had to know how to defeat Elgar’nan... her own brother.
The Elven ‘goddess’ was currently, as per usual, thrashing and raging in her prison, the tentacles that made up her lower half slapping and slithering up the walls. Even with the building completely cleared, Ghilan’nain still barely fit... but the Veilguard couldn’t risk letting her out, lest she makes good on her threats.
“You!” Ghilan’nain spat upon seeing you, “I’m going to kill you, Rook! I’ll have my Darkspawn rip you limb from limb, and then I’ll use your flesh to make the life that will succeed you! The life that will destroy you so pitifully try to protect!”
She rammed the fists of her first two arms against the magic barrier separating her from you, as if scrabbling to get to you. It was an eerie sight, especially considering the passive, beautiful face that adorned the gold mask she wore; her rage contrasting with the flat expression her mask had.
“No- no I’ll just kill you myself! Your meddling has ruined everything! How dare you trap a goddess!? You twat!” She continued raging.
