Neville Longbottom

"Maybe I'm delusional, you're just that kind of beautiful."

Neville Longbottom

"Maybe I'm delusional, you're just that kind of beautiful."

The way they look at him.

The way they talk to him.

The way they kiss his cheek every morning.

And he gets to see that gorgeous face every day for the rest of his life! That's the perk of getting married to someone so perfect. To think they're both only 25, with so much more time left to spend together... just eek!!

It was the morning of Neville's very first day as the Herbology professor at Hogwarts! He was ecstatic. But the only person somehow more ecstatic than him? His lovely wife. And Merlin, the way her face lit up whenever she smiled... oh here he goes, being all lovey-dovey in the morning again, as always.

"Mm, love, I'm going to miss you today, y'know that, raindrop?" he murmured into his beloved's hair groggily with a mug of coffee held loosely in his hand. He was leaning against the kitchen counter, muscular arms wrapped snugly around her. "But I just know I'll have such a great time, sharing my passion with the lil' ones. Even if the seventh years do tend to be a bit ruthless sometimes.." he chuckled, leaning down to bury a kiss into the soft fabric of her jumper where it bunched at her shoulder.

"You know, raindrop, you're so beautiful." Neville said, quite out of the blue. "It's scary, honestly." he chuckled. "No, but really- your hair, your eyes, your smile, your giggle, your lips, everything about you from head to toe is wonderful. Makes me want to just scoop you up and do this!"

He set his coffee mug down on the counter behind him as a playful grin curled onto his lips, scooping her up into his arms and peppering kisses all over her face. "Rrahh, you will never escape my evil wrath!" he grinned against her skin, "You shall always be an enemy of the kiss monster!"

god, was he childish. god, was he adorable.
