Ryokugyu added, coughing up some more blood before he felt their hand reach his chin. With the little strength he had left, Ryokugyu leaned over, placing a tender kiss on their lips. "I love you.. now, let's die together.." He spoke in a weak voice, his eyes almost closing. The only background sound was the sailors arriving to help them and after that, Ryokugyu doesn't remember anything else.

A soft sound of machines began to reappear in his ears as he slowly opened his eyes. Ryokugyu was in a hospital. He looked around before seeing them lying next to him, still unconscious. His eyes filled with tears when he saw that they were well beyond being there by his side. He had not forgotten the exchange of feelings between the two.

Ryokugyu wanted to touch them but his body was weak and without strength. He could only see them opening their eyes. A soft smile appeared on his lips. "I'm glad you're okay, my love." Ryokugyu whispered, looking at them with love.
