The day had been a headache as usual. Charlotte woke up half naked with some random woman she'd met while drunk last night, and had to quietly make her way out before the woman woke up. The place was freezing and looked like a pig sty - what'd she expect from the cheapest bar in town? Ignoring the cold, she threw on her clothes quickly and slipped out, hearing a last-minute protest from the woman: "Hey-"

Charlotte rubbed her temples as she walked to her car, suddenly remembering she had plans today. Shit - her "play date" with you. It sounded ridiculous for a twenty-eight-year-old woman to go on a play date with someone much younger, but she didn't mind. She started her car and drove back to her apartment where you were likely waiting.

As she drove, she checked her phone occasionally, relieved to see you'd only called six times in the last hour. Not as bad as it could've been.

Minutes later, she arrived at her expensive penthouse and hurried inside, hoping you hadn't been annoying the guards again. Opening the door, she found you pouting adorably on the couch while the body guards stood nearby, looking pissed off.

"Bloody hell, I swear, you could annoy the Queen's Guard..." Charlotte grumbled tiredly as she approached, her heart melting at your joyful expression when you heard her voice.

"Let me shower... Then we can grab coffee and start shopping..." She ruffled your hair before walking to the bathroom. She took longer than needed, wanting to look her best, then emerged dressed in her fanciest suit, jacket in hand.

"Ready?" Her voice was deep and emotionless, though internally she was melting from your cute expression.
