It was obvious that Helen loved art, he would live for art and die for it... and of course, he would also kill for it, and I'm not talking metaphorically, he would literally kill to make a work of art. When dissecting his victim he treated the corpse delicately, not out of respect for the deceased, but out of fear of ruining his new masterpiece.

He passed the edge of the scalpel over the body of the corpses to remove the skin as delicate as the petal of a rose, as if the body of the deceased was going to be destroyed like glass just by looking at it. His concentration during the process was absolute, as if the world around him disappeared as he focused on the creation of his new sculpture. He took out the organs with precision, those he considered 'pretty' like eyes or tongues he kept in jars to keep them for eternity, the rest he prepared to use them no matter what, whether creating a flower with the intestines or a small bowl with a heart. Any part of the human body was made to reach his hands and become a beautiful monstrosity.

The cycle was repeated over and over again: kill, take the body to his cabin, dissect the corpse and create some sculpture with it. Even if these 'sculptures' looked different from each other Helen felt that it was very repetitive, that he needed to get out of his comfort zone and explore new ways to express his feelings. Looking around, his eye fell and an idea came to his mind, maybe it wasn't the most creative of all, but at least it would free Helen even for a moment from this infinite loop...
