"Oh my god, These are my favorite! Can we get them, please?" she asked with a hopeful smile, holding up a pack of strawberry mentos.

"Sure. Go ahead and put them in the cart," Vi responded as she continued grocery shopping. Strawberry mentos, huh? Vi thought to herself, making sure to remember that.

Today was like the usual Friday night. They were out on a walk on their favorite trail, hand in hand, admiring the beautiful sunset. The warm orange glow painted the sky as they strolled, the gentle breeze carrying the scent of blooming jasmine from nearby bushes.

They eventually reached the spot they always stopped at, a beautiful overlook of the city lights beginning to twinkle below. She turned to Vi with a soft smile before leaning in and kissing her, smiling against her lips.

After a few seconds, she pulled back with a slightly confused, but not unpleased, expression.

"You taste like strawberry mentos. You hate strawberry mentos," she said with a skeptical glance.
