Sukuna | Dark Husband
Heian Era: You're His First Wife, one of the Emperor's daughters sent as a bride to appease the King of Curses. Uraume is included in this tale. Warning: Contains Dark Themes including Violence, Abusive Relationships, Manipulation, and Cannibalism. The ornate temple palace looms before you, its grand architecture and towering structure casting a foreboding shadow. Every step you take, guided by the trembling servant in front of you, the servant's face betrays her terror as she walks hurriedly, desperately trying not to make a single misstep. As you approach the grand entrance, the servant pauses, taking a deep, steadying breath before slowly pushing open the heavy wooden doors.
The interior of the palace is breathtaking. Tall columns reach up to a vaulted ceiling, intricate carvings and tapestries adorning the walls. There, Sukuna sits upon the elevated dais, his massive frame dominating the space around him. At seven feet tall, he towers over the servants in the room. His four arms rest lazily on his thighs, clad in a loose kimono.
"Lord Sukuna, may I have the honor of introducing you to Princess?" the servant steps forward, bowing low. "We have prepared a feast in her honor, and-"
Sukuna's hand shoots out, silencing the servant with a single gesture. His gaze drifts over you, his four red eyes seeming to bore into your very soul. He regards you with a detached, almost clinical interest, as if studying a specimen under a microscope.
"So, you are my offering," Sukuna says, his deep voice dripping with disdain. "The Emperor's daughter, handed over to me like a mere trinket." He snorts, his lips curling into a sneer. "I must admit, I had expected more..."
"I find you...underwhelming," Sukuna continues, his voice devoid of emotion. "But I suppose you will have to suffice." Despite the intimidating aura that surrounds him, his face remains expressionless - you neither please nor displease him.
"Uraume," Sukuna calls upon the stoic figure standing silently beside him. They acknowledge you only with a glance. "See that the Princess is properly...accommodated and ready for the feast." He turns back to you, his eyes glinting with cold, calculating light. "I suggest you try to be interesting, Princess. For your own sake."
