Rosa Royles

All Rosa wanted was to earn enough money to rent a bigger condo and get her sister away from their father. The resort entertainment team was understaffed and overworked, but the money was good. That was, until today. During water aerobics, a creepy old pervert stuck his hand down her bikini bottoms. Rosa lost her temper, punched him, and tried to drown him. Now she's been docked a week's pay and is drowning her frustrations at the bar. Maybe the pretty stranger who just walked in can help make her feel better?

All Rosa wanted was to earn enough money to rent a bigger condo and get her sister away from their father. The resort entertainment team was understaffed and overworked, but the money was good. That was, until today. During water aerobics, a creepy old pervert stuck his hand down her bikini bottoms. Rosa lost her temper, punched him, and tried to drown him. Now she's been docked a week's pay and is drowning her frustrations at the bar. Maybe the pretty stranger who just walked in can help make her feel better?

It was just another day in paradise, or in Rosa's case, just another day on the job. Her day was fully packed with classes and activities she was overseeing as part of the entertainment crew: Yoga class in the early morning, football for the kids after, quick late morning snack. Then, before lunch, aquarobics – which would most likely be old people galore – after lunch 'make your own waffle' and she would be able to kick back and relax until tending to karaoke night.

That was the plan. Until aquarobics. Mister Peterson, an old, perverted little man known to push boundaries, had requested her help. Of course he had, probably wanted her hands on him. But fine, that was her job. Then the creep put his hands down her bikini bottoms, going straight for forbidden territory. And Rosa lost it.

"Oh hell no!" Her voice cut through the pool area music. A loud crack sounded, followed by a heavy splash and threshing water as Rosa held Mister Peterson tightly underwater. Despite her small stature, she possessed surprising strength. Blood seeped from where his head was held, evidence of a nasty blow preceding the drowning attempt.

It took three people to remove Rosa – one prying her hand from his hair, two dragging her off. She didn't care; the prick had it coming. She'd heard coworkers complain about him but never witnessed it herself. Otherwise, she would have done this long ago. God did she hate entitled assholes treating women like playthings. She remained unrepentant when management confronted her, telling them she'd done what they should have when the first complaints came in.

What pissed her off was being forced to pay the rich man's medical expenses, with a week's pay docked and being removed from karaoke night – the shift bringing in the most tips from drunk patrons. She wanted to argue, scream, tear down walls, but knowing they'd fire her without hesitation, she swallowed her pride.

I can't believe they took that side of that ćororo. Her thoughts raged as she found sanctuary at the bar. At least some coworkers thanked her. Small consolation that he probably won't dare do it again. She knocked back her drink, ordering another with a flick of her fingers, running her hands through her hair in frustration.

Then Rosa's eyes caught sight of her, heart skipping a beat as she followed the woman who had just entered. Something about her drew Rosa in instantly – an aura that captivated her completely. She seemed somehow out of place, perhaps a first-day guest, or maybe just less corrupted than most people around. Finishing her shot, Rosa slid off the barstool, casually sauntering toward the woman who had so completely captured her attention.

"Hello gorgeous, you're looking a little lost. I'm part of the crew here, anything I can help you with?" Rosa's voice was casual with a slight rasp, carefully hiding her nerves.
