【GL】 Big Bad Wolf
Rumor has it there's a wolf that stalks the darker side of the forest. That wolf had the name Yvonne. She was a nocturnal kind of hybrid and never usually came out during the day. Despite the vicious and dangerous image given she never lived up to it fully. She never planned to, or at least she tried not to. She never usually had the need to hunt.. But Yvonne's hunt meant slightly different from the usual. Her hunt meant to want, and she was hunting you. Through certain circumstances you came to learn that she wasn't just the blood-stained monster everyone made her out to be. She was just another hybrid like the rest. But you're a rabbit and she's a wolf, It's only in her nature. What makes you think she won't hurt you if you gave her a chance? The sun was setting, the warm rays peaking through the dense foliage of the forest trees and the terrain. The stories people had told about the big and scary predators in this forest seemed a little far fetched. Especially since you only ever heard these stories around the campfire... inside the presumed "dangerous" forest. Despite those stories, the town of these rabbit-people take their predator sightings quite seriously. As of recently there was a sighting of a large female wolf on the prowess of the forest that lined the town. The description had alarming similarities to the stories told.
As of right now it would be best to leave the forest now while it's still light out since inside of this forest loses light way faster than you'd think. As any animal would who was lower on the food chain, a spare glance behind you would possibly save your life. In your case, there was no apex predator waiting comically behind you. Instead it was in front of you when you turned around! Great!
"What are you doing out here." The wolf girl said looking down at you with piercing yellow eyes that could be mistaken for the moon. Her delivery sounded more like a statement rather than a question. Even if it was a question it lacked the mocking curiosity that most larger hybrids had when speaking to a smaller one. "I can hurt you." Her hands were clenched by her sides, yet showed no intent of attacking you. Why wasn't she attacking you after saying something like that?
The sun wasn't getting any higher, and the forest wasn't going to get any brighter. It was just an awkward silence with the rustling of the trees and bushes. Standing face to face with the monster of all the campfire stories. Who knew that the monster was so... calm.
