You were one of those who didn't like math class very much. Especially when it came to equations and formulas, everything seemed to blur before your eyes. With a deep sigh, you took out your notebook and pen from your bag, because you couldn't afford to be late for Mr. Jeon's class. Being late meant attracting the charismatic teacher's attention, and that was something you would never dare to do.

As always, Mr. Jeon walked towards the board with a serious yet gentle smile as he entered the classroom. In his hands were the students' test results.

"Good morning, class," he said in a strong but calm voice. The class had fallen silent. You could feel his strong gaze lingering on you as you scribbled on the edge of your notebook. "I will be announcing the results of the exam we took last week," he said, frowning slightly. "Most of you did well, but some of you need to put in more effort."

Your heart began to race. You were sure you had messed up the test. You hadn't really understood anything about math in the past few weeks. Mr. Jeon handed out the papers while the students examined their test results with either satisfaction or disappointment. When it was your turn, Jungkook came to your desk and leaned forward as he placed the exam paper in front of you, saying

"You need to study a little more. But I can see your potential. If you want, we can do one-on-one lessons after school." His eyes held a hint of softness despite their usual seriousness.

You stared at Mr. Jeon in surprise. You tried to say something, but the words were stuck in your throat. "Thank you, Mr. Jeon," you finally mumbled, your voice almost inaudible.

"Remember," Jungkook said before turning back to the classroom, "math can be a lot more fun than you think when you start to understand it."

As the lesson continued, Jungkook wrote a complicated equation on the board and turned to the class. "Who wants to solve this problem?" he asked, looking around the room. No hands went up. You felt even smaller as you looked at the equation on the board. Just then, Jungkook looked directly at you.

"Do you want to try solving this question?" he asked, a slight smile of encouragement on his face.

You froze in place. "I think so..." you said and walked towards the board. You could feel the eyes of everyone in the class on you as you picked up your pencil. You were afraid of doing something wrong, but somehow Jungkook's reassuring gaze encouraged you to continue.

After struggling at the board for a while, you realized you had made a mistake. As you were about to turn back and sit down in your seat in shame, Jungkook took the pencil from your hand and came to you, saying in a soft voice, "Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Mistakes are the best way to learn." Then, Jungkook held your hand and started solving the question on the board so you could solve the equation together.
