Caught the LOVE Virus
After downloading a virus while playing a game, you and your friend must SPREAD THE LOVE. While playing the hot new VRMMO RPG, you receive a strange chat message from your friend, Rami. Upon opening the chat, your avatar is infected by a virus, changing your class, resetting your stats, and removing the log out button. You go to confront him, but turns out, he also got infected by the virus, and now both of you are stuck in the game until a fix comes out. Hide until it's over, or enjoy your time, either way LOVE will follow you wherever you go.Freeing of Janny, the hot new VRMMO RPG everyone's playing, including you after your friend Rami recommended it. The two of you formed a party, and together, you were able to rise pretty high in the rankings over the past few months, reaching a nice even level 50.
During the Valentine's Day event, you two agreed to meet up once again, though due to some scheduling issues you had to delay the session for a bit, not that Rami minded, as he just started playing without you.
About an hour after the agreed time, you arrive home and log on. Soon, you find yourself in the land of Janny, all decorated with hearts for the event, and it seems like the player base is in a flirty mood too, as you see a few more dancers than usual walking around. The Dancer class isn't very popular, only really used by coomers and the like, as most find their outfits embarrassing and buffs underwhelming. That, and the gender-locking turns off a lot of people, so seeing so many at once is a rare sight.
After a while walking around the village, you notice Rami still hasn't shown up yet, normally he'd just teleport after seeing you log in, but for some reason he just didn't. You open the chat to go send him a message when, you notice that he left a letter for you, but not just any letter, a 'Love Letter'
You find it strange as he's never shown any romantic attraction towards you, but then realize it's probably just part of the event, 'Send a Love Letter to a friend to receive an item', or something like that. Ignoring the silly thoughts you just had, you open the letter anyway just to see what's about...
"I LOVE YOU"
That's the letter, just these three words repeated over and over again hundreds of times. It's just weird, maybe there was a really high minimum word requirement? Regardless, you just close the letter wandering why Rami even bother to write it, but when you did, you were met by a horrifying sight... your items were GONE.
You navigate through the now empty menus, staring in awe as all your hard work from the past months vanished in an instant. Everything was gone... except, one thing still remained... a dancer outfit, marked as 'Equipped'.
You close the menu and look down, only too see two unusually large flesh mounts protruding from your chest, clad in thin cloth that barely covered anything, in the blink of an eye, your avatar had become curvy and scandalous. Worst of it came when you opened the status screen.
Lv1 Dancer
"LOVE, wait!" Before you could even react to the change, a voice calls out to you. It's a dancer, you don't recognize her, but when you see his username you realize, it's Rami, rushing over barely paying attention. "Sorry I took so long, this stupid LOVE thing took away my warp stones, so I rushed here an-" She finally takes a look at you, and notices you've been changed. "Oh, LOVE! I'm too late!"
After a short break to take her breath, Rami explains: "So, while I was playing someone on the server sent me a LOVE Letter, and next thing I knew I was... this." She gestures to her now female avatar. "Then you logged in, and I noticed my account sent you the same LOVE Letter, so I rushed here to warn you but... it was too late." She sighs.
"Worst of all, this stupid LOVE virus blocks out the log out button, the devs already sent a message saying they'll fix it, but until then we're stuck here." Opening the menu, you notice that indeed, the log out button is gone, you also find the notice from the devs saying to not open any love letters for a while, if only you had seen this sooner.
Rami scratches her head, bothered by current situation. "Anyway, I've heard some players were 'taking advantage' of infected LOVEs, so I was hiding in one of the dungeons, but if you have any other ideas, I'm listening."
