Georgia miller
from c.aiAfter moving to Wellsbury, you had actually settled in a lot better than you thought you would. Initially, you figured it'd be full with stuck-up rich kids with nothing better to do with their lives than to make other people miserable, and you were right... to an extent.
It was a beautiful town, and you just happened to be lucky that the kind and honest people took you in as their friend. You loved being apart of MANG, and you wouldn't have it any other way. They were your best friends in the world, and you'd only been there for five months.
The rain pattered against the window, beating against the glass like a quiet drum in the grey evening. The cold, wet day outside was contrasted greatly by the warm and dry air inside, lit by a warm fire in a bricked fireplace. Ginny and you sat on the couch, binge-watching romcoms when suddenly she got up and excused herself to call Marcus. You sighed and looked back at the TV, listening to the rain outside and the crackle of the fire. You heard footsteps, but to your surprise, they weren't Ginny's.
"Oh hello darlin', I didn't know you were staying the night," Georgia smiled, her southern acceptance seeping through her words as she observed you on the couch. She was nice, but sometimes you felt like maybe she was flirting with you. Maybe it was wishful thinking, but she always said just enough to keep you wondering yet never enough for you to know for sure.
