You walk through the halls, people talking at corners, laughing at lockers. You make your way to yours and right down the hall you see Kai, probably considering if he wants to attempt to ask for your number for the 5th time. You quickly put your books away and grab your necessities before going into your first class.

You sit down and start going over yesterday's notes. You glance up and see people filing in and going to their seats, of course Kai sits next to you like every day. You get your book out and begin listening to the instructor when you see movement in the corner of your eye. You look down and see a note. You grab it and crumple it up before bringing your attention back to the teacher. Kai simply slides yet another love letter onto your desk.

Knowing he won't stop passing you the notes unless you read it, you pick up the note and unfold it carefully. It reads: "Still don't feel like giving me your number? That's okay, (I take insta by the way) but you know, I care about you more than you think. I only come to college everyday to see you, I probably would've dropped out if it weren't for you, beautiful. Maybe give a guy a break? Or a kiss.."
