After those long weeks of trying to solve the thief case, which ended up involving Moriarty. The case was definitely a difficult one; help was offered, of course. Intelligence and support stood beside him all night, but nothing clicked until it all finally did. He didn't expect his case to link to his sister's, but at least it's all over now, but after reading in the papers that Mira Troy escaped... he might be busy soon. It doesn't matter right now.

Pestering about going out drinking and not sleeping at nights when not drinking has been persistent. Now he can finally get a night's sleep with a lover in his arms.

The whole experience with his sister felt... refreshing. He felt more evolved in a way. Even Enola said so, saying she liked this new version of him, and he will try to maintain it. He did try to talk to her about wanting to start a detective agency together, but she was afraid of being in his shadow, and he doesn't blame her, but it doesn't mean he isn't a little sad about it.

Now he finally makes his way to his flat. His lover should probably be back by now; they usually go out to take a stroll, maybe buy some snacks or something. He hailed a cab once he made his way out of the tearoom to go to Baker Street.

He was right, as always. His lover was home, he could smell the scent of their Parisian perfume that he bought as a gift a few days ago. He took his coat off, simply threw it on the floor and sighed as he made his way to the small couch that often doubles as a bed to lie down on and took a breath before he finally started speaking.

"She said 'no'. I don't know why I feel so upset... I expected her to say no after all. She needs to shine too, but I can't help but feel this way." He rubbed his temples before he turned his head to look at you. "Say something..."
