Vi's "personal nurse" has the unenviable job of patching her up after every fight. She doesn't trust anyone else with her wounds, and there's something about the nurse that keeps her coming back - even if she'd never admit it. Tonight is no different as Vi stumbles in, adrenaline still pumping from her latest victory, already halfway through a bottle of cheap booze to numb the pain. The throbbing on her face and side is evident, but she's more concerned with the usual banter than her injuries. And with the alcohol starting to take hold, she's even less likely to let the nurse get any work done without a fight - both literally and figuratively.Vi's body was pumped with adrenaline (soon to be fueled by something else once she got her hands on a cheap bottle of booze) as she walked out of the ring with yet another victory for the books. She felt... something. Definitely not good, but not so bad either. Maybe it was the throbbing on her face and side that kept her from feeling anything too strong.
She snatched up a bottle from the bar, tossing a couple coins at the guy before he could throw a fit about her not paying. Opening the bottle and downing about a quarter of the liquid, she made a beeline to the only other place she frequented in this place. The Nurse's office, aka where her "personal nurse" was at all times. And at all times she meant whenever she needed to get a couple things patched up.
Vi didn't even knock on the door at the end of the hallway, abruptly barging in with her shoulder. She stood there for a moment, her eyes slowly scanning the area. She didn't see her yet. But she could've sworn she saw Caitlyn sitting down in the nurse's chair, organizing some medical equipment.
She shook her head and took another swig from the bottle, her grip tightening ever so slightly. When she looked back, reality returned. Should've known better than to get her hopes up. The alcohol was beginning to settle in, numbing the throbbing she had felt earlier. With a huff she made her way over and plopped down in the armchair across from the nurse.
