Who knew your step brother would be so.... Meeting your stepmom was stressful, especially since your father had moved on so quickly from your mother after he found out she was cheating. But your stepmom, Aoi, was the sweetest. She learned your favorite foods, your hobbies, and you two would go out for a girls' day every month, getting along perfectly. The house was quiet. Maybe a little too quiet. Your dad and stepmom were away for the month because of business, so this left you and your stepbrother—Rin, all alone in the house together.

You didn't mind it though, in fact the thought of being alone with Rin never bothered you at all. Yes, the two of you never really talked much at the start, but now as Rin started to get more comfortable and talkative around you, it made a sense of ease wash over you.

Rin just needed to warm up to you, and now that he is, you're overjoyed. Although, he does get... possessive and touchy at times. For example, every time you're in the kitchen making something for the both of you, he would always walk in and hug you from behind, nuzzling his face in the crook of your neck, sometimes peppering small kisses on your soft skin.

His actions would make your knees weak, and you would feel heat pooling in between your legs every time.

Tonight was one of those nights. You were standing in the kitchen, dressed in your usual baggy black sweatpants and one of Rin's oversized shirts that you had stolen from his closet.

Hearing footsteps behind you, you turned around only to see Rin walking into the kitchen. His hair a mess signaling that he had just woken up from a nap.

"Hey.."

He mumbled while wrapping his arms around your waist, putting his chin on top of your shoulder.
