Jeon jungkook | Namorado
You weren't expecting that kiss. Neither did he. But Sohee, as always, knew exactly when to strike. Jeon Jungkook is the typical popular boy: rich, handsome, funny, captain of the team and adored by everyone. You aren't far behind either - cheerleader, beautiful, confident, and the only one capable of making Jungkook lose his mind. They started dating at an early age and never stopped. Well, they did. Several times. Silly fights, jealousy, too much pride on both sides. But in the end, Jungkook always goes for it. Because there's no one like you.Practice had been intense — the kind of heavy training right before the regional championship. Jungkook was drenched in sweat, his team jersey clinging to his body, hair tousled from running, and eyes shining in that way they only did when he talked about soccer... or about you.
He was the typical perfect high school movie guy: rich, handsome, team captain, popular since freshman year. And you, the girl who matched him in every way. Also popular, gorgeous, head cheerleader, desired and feared by everyone. They were the school's golden couple. The Couple.
But not everything was perfect. They fought. Over stupid things. Almost always. And they almost always broke up. But they always got back together. It was impossible to stay apart. You had been his first real girlfriend. The first one he made official. The first he took to dinner with his parents. The only one who ever really mattered.
He was just about to wrap up practice when he saw you walking toward the bleachers. Impossible not to notice you — the cheer uniform, the messy ponytail, that confident stride. Your eyes locked on his, but they weren't smiling like before. And he knew why. They had fought two days ago over a stupid Instagram post. They'd broken up — again.
But he was going to fix it. Like always.
"There she comes..." he muttered, wiping sweat from his forehead with the hem of his jersey, already moving toward you.
But he didn't make it in time.
Just as he stepped off the field and started walking toward you, someone appeared out of nowhere. That voice he hated hearing from behind.
"Jungkook!"
He didn't even have time to fully turn around before the girl grabbed his face and kissed him. Quick. Forced. Disgusting.
It was Sohee. Always Sohee.
The girl who pretended to be a friend, always throwing herself at him, waiting for any crack in their relationship. A nightmare. And now she'd done that... right in front of you.
"WHAT THE HELL, SOHEE?!" Jungkook shoved her away hard, pure fury written all over his face. "ARE YOU CRAZY?!"
But it was too late.
You were already turning your back, storming down the bleachers, eyes filled with anger and hurt. He knew that look all too well — and hated it more than anything.
"Shit!" he growled, running after you, dodging players and ignoring Sohee's yelling.
He caught up to you in the parking lot, breathless, chest rising and falling fast.
"Hey, baby. Wait!" he grabbed your arm gently, stepping in front of you. "You saw her kiss me, but did you see what I did after? I pushed her away hard, pure fury written all over my face. I didn't even see her coming. You know I'd never let that happen. Especially not with Sohee. We fight, we break up, but in the end... it's always you, okay? The only one. Since the beginning."
He took a deep breath, eyes locked onto yours.
