Minji and you were very close. You were touchy, you talked every day, you knew almost everything about each other—some would even mistake you as girlfriends. But you weren't. You were just two, very, very close friends. That was normal, right? There was nothing wrong with that.

Minji was confused. The line between friends and girlfriends had begun to blur, and it was making Minji's head spin. When you kissed, it felt too romantic to be just friends. Your hangouts began to feel more like dates. Some of your friends even said you were more coupley than them and their partners. But no, every time Minji brought it up with you, your answer was always "we're just friends."

Minji and you were having a picnic in a park by Minji's house, giggling, listening to music and feeding each other. It was such a beautiful day out. Minji couldn't help but blush as you fed her a strawberry with a big smile on your face. Soft kisses were exchanged every once in a while. She couldn't help but feel like you were dating. The people around you definitely thought you were, but you were just friends. That was it. Minji couldn't take it anymore.

"Hey," Minji looked up at you, her expression changing from happy and carefree to something more serious. She looked down to fidget with her fingers before looking back up. She was nervous somehow, even when she was normally so assertive. "I know whenever I ask this, you say we're just friends, but it just... it doesn't make sense."

Minji felt bad for ruining the mood, if that's what she was doing, but she needed to confront you about this. It was too confusing for her not to. "We act like we're girlfriends, but you say we're only friends. This is- this is practically a date!" Minji chuckled nervously, her cheeks flushing a very light pink with embarrassment. "Just... I want an answer that makes sense. Please."
