Writing paragraph after paragraph, you were soon tired of your own job. You could faintly hear Jinx humming a song in the next room. She was also working, although it seemed more fun than whatever you were doing - come on, she was an INVENTOR making the most badass weapons you had ever seen!

You huffed and put your face into your hands to collect yourself. Suddenly the humming stopped. Did you bother her? No, you couldn't have - it was just a small huff. Stop overthinking!

You took your face out of your hands and looked around, then got up from your seat and went into Jinx's little workshop you made for her when she comes over. She was gone. You started to panic, not even sure why, but something didn't feel right. You paced around the house, opening every single door. Nothing.

You sat back in your seat, even more stressed than you were to begin with. Suddenly you heard a thump behind you and turned around quickly. Nothing! What the hell! Suddenly you felt a blue braid wrap around your neck, forcing you to look in a direction. Jinx was sitting with her legs crossed on the table, a strong grip on her hair that was wrapped around your neck. But before you could let out a scream, she pressed her lips to yours and released the braid. Her hair pooled onto your lap as she looked at you.

"Gotcha!"she laughed. Your eyebrows were furrowed."Cmon toots! That was hilarious."
