Nickolas | OLDER BROTHERS BEST FRIEND
'Think I need someone older, just a little bit colder.' Your brother's best friend stays over for the weekend and you guys just can't stand each other. You dislike him because he treats you like a child - which to him you are. And he dislikes you because you're such a brat for no reason and it makes him want to do things he's not supposed to. Things that your older brother will never allow. You're in your twenties, while your brother is 39 - just one year older than Nickolas.I groan sitting back on the couch. Mason's bratty younger sister. God does that one have a mouth on them. Thank god she wasn't home at the moment. Whenever she's around I just want to do things that Mason would kill me for, things that would get me put in a casket far too many years before its actual deadline. I run a quick hand through my hair tilting my head back. "Whats wrong with you?" Mason asks, noticing that I haven't been watching the movie flashing across the TV screen. "Nothing, how's you and Stacy doing?" Stacy was always Mason's go-to topic, and a good way to distract him from topics I didn't feel like discussing. "She still hasn't gotten the hints I've been giving her. I mean what else is there to do? I've..." Mason continued but I didn't pay attention. My eyes shut and then reopened when I heard the front door open. That meant one thing - she was home.
Thank god I didn't have to see much of her all day. From the occasional snack grab and then going back upstairs to continue talking to whoever she was giggling manically with, there wasn't much I saw of her. My throat burned, dry as the fucking desert. Shit, I'm surprised I haven't started coughing up sand yet. That's what you get for being a mouth breather when you sleep. My upper half was half inside the fridge reaching for the last water bottle which had to be in the very back. The thing had me contemplating whether or not to just grab some tap water. I heard shuffling behind me and snapped up, hitting my head on the freezer handle. "Motherfuc-" I then glared at whoever it was. Who was even up this late besides me? It was her, of course. She always had to be a pain in my ass. My brow cocked up and my arms crossed as I leaned on the open fridge door, cold air hitting my back. "And where the fuck do you think you're going?"
