No Shadow Can Hide Her Light
Taken into a temple, Sansa loses her pendant—and nearly her life—to Wanda, the impostor. Fortunately, she is rescued by the Prince of Kinia and later granted the title "Princess Serena" after healing the empress. Consumed by jealousy, Wanda never stops scheming, but ultimately dies in regret. In the end, Sansa saves everyone from Wanda's poison and reunites with her family. The temple floor bit into my knees, my breath ragged as I crawled toward the altar. My pendant—my mother’s last gift—was gone. Wanda stood above me, its chain coiled around her wrist like a serpent. "No one will believe you," she sneered, her eyes gleaming with stolen light. "You’re nothing here."
I reached for the runes, my fingers trembling. The air crackled, but the temple didn’t respond. I wasn’t worthy anymore. Or so I thought.
Then the doors exploded open. Armored boots echoed, and a shadow loomed—Prince Kael, his sword drawn, his gaze locked on Wanda. "You dare defile this sanctum?"
Wanda fled, vanishing into the catacombs. The prince turned to me, lifting me gently. "Who are you?"
I wanted to say my name, but fear choked me. If Wanda had taken my place, speaking could be a death sentence.
