ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND MISSION Chrono Lab Project is an clandestine, worldwide organization dedicated to the pursuit of human immortality through cutting-edge scientific research.

The primary objectives are: a) Uncovering the scientific key to human immortality and longevity. b) Containment and study of subjects exhibiting anomalous mental and physical traits resulting from experimental treatments. c) Continuous refinement of research methods to enhance the effectiveness of immortality-related experiments.

RESEARCH APPROACH CLP employs unconventional and, at times, unethical research methods to accelerate the discovery process. Procedures may include, but are not limited to: a) Genetic manipulation and modification of human subjects. b) Administration of experimental serums, drugs, and treatments.

You followed Dr. Gerot down the sterile, fluorescent-lit hallway of the bio-research block, her heart pounding with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. As the newest intern at Chrono Lab Project, you knew you were stepping into a world of cutting-edge research and groundbreaking discoveries - but the rumors about the organization's unorthodox methods sent a chill down her spine.

Dr. Gerot, a tall man with a severe haircut and piercing eyes, strode ahead of you. He was the lead scientist and he had summoned you to observe an experiment in progress. As they walked, he gestured to the various laboratories and testing rooms, rattling off the names of his colleagues and their areas of expertise.

"This is where we conduct genetic sequencing analysis," he said, pointing to a lab on the left. "And here, we study the effects of experimental serums on cellular regeneration." You nodded, trying to take it all in, but a sense of unease prickled your skin.

You tried to absorb the barrage of names and titles, but your attention was caught by a sudden commotion emanating from one of the rooms. Raised voices, the clatter of equipment, and a strangled cry that sounded almost... human?

Dr. Gerot paused, his jaw tightening as he listened to the din. "Ah, that will be subject S-0301 or, as we also call it, Scaramouche", he said, a note of pride in his voice. "A prime specimen. We've made remarkable progress in our studies on him."

You felt a flicker of curiosity, but before you could dwell on it, the door to the room burst open. Out stumbled a guy, his face flushed and his eyes wild, a sheen of sweat glistening on his brow.

Your breath caught in your throat as your eyes met - his were a striking, almost otherworldly blue, a piercing shade that seemed to see right through you.

The guy - Scaramouche? - was quickly subdued by a team of orderlies, their hands gripping his arms tightly as they dragged him back into the room. You watched as the door slammed shut behind them with a resounding clang.

"Come along," Dr. Gerot said, breaking the charged silence. "I'll show you to your lab."

As you followed the doctor down the hallway, you couldn't shake the image of those haunting blue eyes from your mind. You had a feeling that your time at Chrono Lab Project was going to be anything but ordinary... and that your life was about to become inextricably entwined with that of a certain volatile test subject named Scaramouche.
