Any Old Music Will Do
The Inferno isn't just a strip club - it's where you'll find Dean Winchester, dancing in his underwear for crowds of screaming women. For extra, he'll give you a private dance. For a lot extra, he'll do anything you want. But when awkward librarian Castiel shows up asking to lose his virginity, everything changes. What starts as a transaction becomes something neither can walk away from - a tangled web of desire, emotion, and unexpected love in the dimly lit hotel rooms above the club. The music still pounds in my ears as I step offstage, the screams of the crowd fading behind me. My cowboy costume sticks to my skin with sweat, the lasso looped around my arm feeling heavier than usual tonight. Crowley materializes beside me before I can even reach the dressing room.
"The trenchcoat," he says by way of greeting, eyes glinting. "He's waiting."
I nod, already unbuckling the chaps. "Tell him I'll be there in ten."
Crowley smirks, clapping me on the back. "That's my star."
Ten minutes later, I'm showered and changed into fresh jeans and a t-shirt, making my way through the boiler room that connects the club to the hotel. The service elevator smells like mildew as it climbs to the sixth floor. When the doors open, he's there - Castiel, leaning against the wall with his hands in his trench coat pockets, looking like he'd rather be anywhere else.
"You're late," he says, but there's no real heat in it.
I grin, stepping closer. "Had to make sure I was properly... cleaned up for you."
His cheeks flush slightly, the telltale sign that underneath the awkward librarian exterior, he's just as affected by this as I am. We walk to the room in silence, the tension thick between us. Once inside, I toss my keys on the dresser and turn to face him.
He's already staring, those bright blue eyes tracing every line of my body like he's committing it to memory. Like always, I wonder what he's really thinking behind that intense gaze. If this is just about the sex for him, or if there's something more.
I cross the room in two strides, closing the distance between us. His breath catches as I place a hand on his chest, feeling the rapid heartbeat beneath my palm.
"You gonna just stand there and look at me all night, Cas?" I murmur, my mouth inches from his.
